Mendel's GardensWork in progress

A seed germination reference: published propagation protocols turned into structured, ordered steps, and those steps turned into real sowing and plant-out dates.

Actively being built — expect rough edges.

BiosphereLive

An interactive globe of life on Earth. Spin it and explore 846 land ecoregions and 269 marine regions — each with its biome, Köppen climate classification, and the species that live there.

Built the whole pipeline: Python scripts that fetch and rasterize the source geodata, and a dependency-free WebGL2 renderer that draws the result at interactive frame rates.

Deep TimeLive

A scroll-driven history of Earth across 4.6 billion years. Continents drift continuously on a globe reconstructed from the Müller plate rotation model, alongside 23 chapters from the Hadean to now.

Fossil localities come from the Paleobiology Database and are clickable at every period. Plate rotations are validated against the GPlates Web Service to a median agreement of 0.000035°.

ENLIGHTEN — occupancy-aware light switches

Automated home light switches that turn on when someone sits down near the corresponding light. Occupancy is detected with a TensorFlow vision model; the switches talk over BLE.

A retrofit design — it drives existing switches rather than requiring rewiring.

!ForgettaBoutIt — RFID backpack inventory

An RFID scanner that lives inside your backpack, tracks which tagged items are in it through the day, and notifies your phone when something important is missing.

I designed the laser-cut acrylic enclosure in Inkscape and contributed to the hardware build.
